Esto en nuestros telefonos, en pc decidimos utilizar #gajim que es un cliente muy completo. Nos encanto que en #xmpp debes verificar tu dispositivo para tener acceso a conversaciones que se tuvieron en el dispositivo principal, por asi decirlo. Puede ser molesto, pero se agradece por el tema privacidad.

I don't have that #OMEMO problem with #Gajim — or I don't understand that point correctly. Wouldn't that just be a bug which could be fixed? Is there an open issue about it?

[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] in Gajim Flatpak on Ubuntu when using local CAs (like mkcert)?
The sandbox can't see your host CA. Fix it by mapping the host certificate bundle into the container:
flatpak override --user --filesystem=host-etc:ro --env=SSL_CERT_FILE=/run/host/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt org.gajim.Gajim
Restart Gajim to apply!

The #Gajim GitLab instance is quite slow when browsing/searching through tickets lately, and I can only assume this is due to the onslaught of "AI" LLM scraper bots. @Gυιdσ Kσѕтσиѕ GTK+ is the graphical toolkit that Gajim is based on. For starters, replacing the graphical toolkit would require throwing away the entire GUI and rewriting it from scratch.
Besides, what should replace GTK+? Gajim is not a native Windows application, nor is Gajim a Windows-only application. It's also available for e.g. Linux. It can't be rewritten with a native Windows GUI. That'd sacrifice Linux compatibility. And I wouldn't wonder if Gajim had more Linux users than Windows users.
Lastly, from the point of view of a Linux and XMPP veteran, GTK+ defines what Gajim is. Replace the graphical toolkit, and Gajim is no longer Gajim.

Ну ладно, в #Gajim еще можно поковыряться и сделать подобие папок, в которые раскидать чаты по аккаунтам (нет, не те папки, которые сохраняются на сервере, но хотя бы как-то).
А в #Conversations как быть? Там же просто вообще все чаты, личные и групповые, просто свалены в одну кучу, и если у тебя один и тот же контакт добавлен в два твоих аккаунта — выглядит абсолютно одинаково 🤯

Aproveché la notificación de nueva función de #Firefox, que ya integró la vista dividida sin necesidad de extensiones, no es que yo la vaya a usar mucho, pero se le reconoce que no tardó tanto en seguirle el paso al otro "Gran" navegador.
En el panel de tareas se ven #DeltaChat y #Gajim, a cada uno le hice su respectivo diseño de #IconosHistorietosos.

Tive um problema com a criptografia #OMEMO no #XMPP. A mensagem recebida aparece corretamente no #Conversations_im, mas no Dino fica:
> I sent you an OMEMO encrypted message but your client doesn’t seem to support that. Find more information on https://conversations.im/omemo
E no #Gajim fica:
> Esta mensagem foi criptografada com OMEMO, mas não para o seu dispositivo.
Alguém sabe por que isso acontece?
É minha primeira conversa criptografada, sem ser comigo mesmo.
