Good morning tooting friends. Dawdling #Sunday, it’s not really that cold this morning or maybe I’m getting used to it 😄. It’s 5c & supposedly a little rain is coming although the moment the sky is blue with just a few pale grey clouds. Heading to a comfortable (for me) 15c today.
Planning a Les Mills Thrive class this morning. I struggled with the one I did on Friday with my back causing me some grief which tells me the muscles need working on. That’ll teach me to slack off. I won’t go overboard though, it takes quite a while to get back the gains that I lost so quickly 😒. After that I’m heading down to see how my sister has gone this week with her & hope she’s improved her mobility a bit.
