One or two days to #SummerSolstice depending how you count it. At this point I’ve pretty much given up on attempts at regular #sleep and I’m just letting it happen whenever. @SleepyCatten interested to know how it helps with the #RSD and also with sleep. I get pretty bad RSD myself. I also suffer from #DSPD. I'm on #dexamfetamine tablets and don't take them after 2pm but I'm still awake until the early hours of the morning most nights.
I've considered going back to my Dr to get a script for #melatonin but if #guanfacine helps with sleep also then maybe that could be the go.

Wyróżnienia „Safety for Eyes” oraz „Circadian Rhythm Display” mają gwarantować, że wieczorny seans nie zaburzy naszego biorytmu. Brzmi jak przełom? Nie do końca, bo podobne funkcje znamy już od dawna, ale certyfikacja VDE oznacza ich formalne, sprzętowe potwierdzenie na najwyższym poziomie.
Na papierze nowy, dwutorowy system oceny „EyeCare Circadian” opracowany przez niemiecki instytut badawczy VDE wygląda imponująco. Weryfikuje on oddzielnie fizyczny wpływ wyświetlacza na wzrok oraz jego zgodność z naturalnym cyklem dobowym człowieka.
Konkret dla użytkownika, a nie tylko marketing
W praktyce mechanizmy redukcji światła niebieskiego czy automatycznego ocieplania barw wieczorem (wszelkiej maści tryby nocne) są obecne w smartfonach i telewizorach od lat. Różnica polega na tym, że w przypadku ekranu Micro RGB nie mówimy tylko o programowej nakładce, ale o zaawansowanej kontroli na poziomie samego sprzętu.

Existing persists. I'm taking a lil break from Palworld because the whole 'been playing non-stop for a couple of weeks' kind of slammed me in the autistic hyper-focus button, ha ha. I have a feeling I'll be back to it sooner rather than later, but I put up a game I can knit... or rather, unknit to. ><
Yeah, I accidentally did an entire extra 16 row repeat on the leg of my sock, so tinking that back slowly. It's slightly floofy yarn, so rip-frogging would probably be bad. 4 rows down, another 12 to go... tinktinktinktink.
Nothing fancy on the agenda for the week -- just back to work. Honestly I could do with another few weeks of just like, not doing, but. I know that my rest wasn't as restful 'cause sleep was being dumb. I hit myself with two of my melatonin stash last night to try and swing things around... so it goes.

In good spirits today. I was very sleepy by the time bedtime rolled around, which meant that I got to sleep easier and stayed down harder. Admittedly, I did dip into my melatonin stash, and might well for a few more days -- just until this current period of stupid is passed. These usually only last a few days at most.
I'm also in good spirits 'cause our internet upgrade is complete! Bonus -- the fellow doing it grew up in this street. His youngest sibling is friends with our eldest. We were able to tell him something about his childhood home he didn't know too -- because my father-in-law was the original estate agent that sold all the houses on this street. So that was neat. Only downside of that is Vivi doesn't like? Is terrified? When strangers are in the house, so he was really upset. And he's been upset since and a bit skittish, bless him. I gave him good cuddles and reassured him, but ah well.
