  2. Impressive lecture about light, near infrared (NIR) to be precise. The need to get outside, to get NIR (so it can penetrate the skin) and its health benefits for all animals, including humans. About the shortage that many are experiencing nowadays, since the use of white LED lights. And the disadvantages of blue light.
