In the tram department, Gdańsk has signed a contract with Pesa for what will be Poland's new longest trams, beating Kraków by tenths of a meter iirc. Those are about 18 meters longer (and a little bit wider) than anything they have and the city's development arm Dyrekcja Rozbudowy Miasta Gdańska (Gdańsk Urban Expansion Authority) is already planning work to extend platforms at about a dozen existing stops in the period leading up to first deliveries in 2029: https://www.rynek-kolejowy.pl/wiadomosci/pesa-dostarczy-do-gdanska-najdluzsze-tramwaje-w-polsce-umowa-podpisana-154255.html
On the other side of the country, Wrocław's MPK has concluded market consultations ahead of a Warsaw-style megaorder for over a hundred trams. It remains to be seen what specs the city will go for - as the interviewer notes, the three low-floor types used by the city - the Moderus Gamma, the Pesa Twist and the Škoda 16T/19T all have rather different characteristics: https://www.rynek-kolejowy.pl/wiadomosci/mpk-wroclaw-po-konsultacjach-rynkowych-prezes-wozny-154157.html
