man einen Schwerverletzten im Auto hat, weit und breit kein Krankenwagen in Sicht ist (wird in Zukunft öfter der Fall sein dank unseres Politikbetriebes) und man so schnell ins weiter entfernte (in Zukunft noch weiter) Krankenhaus fahren will? Fährt das Auto dann auch nur 30 in der 30er Zone? Oder kann man das auch ausschalten?

The future arrived to The Netherlands 🚘 Tesla FSD is impressive. Tested 150 km and it handled different situations safe and almost flawlessly. Parking is still slow and not accurate though. Here’s an example driving out of a garage and taking roundabouts.

The only difference with Tesla full self driving and f.ex Nissan driver assist is confidence.
Both have the same features, but the Nissan will terminate the automatic driving and stop when it detects trouble, while a Tesla will confidently ignore all previous instructions and run over a pedestrian it just stopped for 5 seconds ago.

Having tested Tesla's Full Self Driving (Supervised) on greater #Boston streets this past summer in my 2023 Model 3, my finding was that the level of effort to be on guard to react and correct against the car doing something wrong, potentially very rapidly, is GREATER than the level of effort to just drive the car yourself. So, that high level of effort defeated the entire purpose of FSD.
Hopefully they'll eventually achieve safe autonomous driving in difficult environments like Boston, but it seemed to me they were pretty far off still despite a bunch of articles written by folks seemingly on the take from Tesla showing stellar results on clearly cherry picked driving scenarios.

2. ...and also *activated* it on at least some of them, in a way that makes it very easy for a driver to accidentally turn it on.
