  1. So you bought yourself a Raspberry Pi, now what? You download Raspberry Pi Imager of course, the imaging utility by Raspberry Pi.

Install Raspberry Pi Imager on a computer with an SD card reader (or usb port 🤓), plug-in your microSD card and install Raspberry Pi OS then go wild.

I have a post on how to install it on Arch Linux, you can have a look to get started.

But unlike some of the so-called single-board PCs we’ve seen in recent years (I’m looking at you Raspberry Pi), this little computer has a built-in keyboard, display, and battery connector. 20. Just discovering the #ZimaBoard who is a « low-cost #SingleBoard #Server exclusively designed for makers and geeks. It has both the expandability of an x86 single-board computer (SBC), and the appropriate power of a micro server »

The solution seems to me to be suited for small structures (Intel Quad Core CPU up to 2.2GHz) and/or for VPN, NAS, server (media or other), router, homelab, etc.
