#inux bei #astrium folgt weiter dem Opensuse 15\16 Upgrade-Pfad. Für SLES16 fehlt mir nur #SUSEMLM (SUMA) 5.2 Seit 1 Wo stellt Suse es öff. zum Download bereit. Aber nicht auf teuer bezahlten MLM5.1 Servern zwecks Upgrade. Download kommt für Zahl-Kunden nicht infrage. Laut beschwerte ich mich, wobei ich nur einen Termin möchte, wann es im Channel freigegeben wird. Meine Suse Profiberater sind ratlos 🤨 Und ich nicht amüsiert. Denn das ist kein Einzelfall

Next #inux question: If I have two linux PCs on the safe WiFi network, both running KDE (Though one is OpenSUSE and one Mageia linux [for now[) what is the best way to move files between them over the network? I have a lot of anime and movies and stuff on my desktop that I'd like to be able to access from my laptop without getting up after my surgery next week.

Do I share folders like on WIndows? Do I learn how to use scp/stfp to copy them?

My Minime ate lots of omega-3s with pastured lamb brains & salmon for lunch (I cook for her the best of the best), and this afternoon she installed 5 OSes on this #Thinkpad X280: Debian-Testing, #ElementaryOS, #Pop_OS a4, #Mint 22.1, and Haiku-nightly. With tomorrow's offal meal she should be able to start coding!

Being a #linuxdailydriver is tough man! Last night I was trying go get #makemkv to run on #ubuntu and I broke something.

Or I became aware that something has been broken for a long time which I didnt notice before.

I installed #flatpak since #snap didnt have the newest and I didnt want to install #dependencyhell.

Now #gnome-software barely works, #snapstore doesnt work at all and it feels like the constant #gtk3 errors I keep getting are telling me something.
