It's one thing to be glued to your desk physically, but lately I've been finding my mind and emotions glued here.

I'm being asked to do more and more at this job regardless on whether or not it falls under my workload. Also, without any talk of increased pay.

This might be the sign for me to start thinking about getting a new gig.
