#Epstein Survivor Describes #SexTrafficking by #Tucson #BorderPatrol -- While Agents Seize #TohonoOodham Land for #BorderWall Construction
An Epstein survivor describes the child sex trafficking of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, in Tucson, where she was a victim. At the same time, Tucson Border Patrol agents, heavily armed, are preventing Tohono O'odham tribal police from entering their own land to issue citations to border wall contractors. Meanwhile, the media has ignored a cartel witness from Sinaloa, Mexico, who described the trafficking of young girls in the Epstein files.

BREAKING!🚨 #USGovernment is Preventing #TohonoOodhamNation Police From Entering Their #SovereignLand [and preventing DESTRUCTION ]
#BrendaNorrell , #CensoredNews
September 2, 2026SELLS, Tohono O'odham Nation -- "The U.S. #BorderPatrol is preventing Tohono O'odham Nation's tribal police from entering their own land to issue citations to border wall construction crews.
"The crews are violating the 'No Trespass' order to build the #BorderWall . Drilling is underway,
"The media is incorrectly reporting that a federal judge ruled that the border wall is being built on federal land. Federal Judge Richard Leon actually said that this is 'likely' federal land.
"The US government claims it is part of the ' #RooseveltReservation,' a 60-foot-wide stretch along the border created by presidential proclamation in 1907.
"This matter remains before the federal court.

Use of masked agents on #TohonoOodham land sparks Native outrage at Cherokee #DHS chief #MarkwayneMullin
by Eileen Mamaghani and Ellis Preston August 28, 2026
WASHINGTON – "The recent incursion by masked federal agents on Tohono O’odham land didn’t just anger that tribe, which has been trying to block #BorderWall construction along the remote stretch it controls in #Arizona.
"It also infuriated #NativeAmericans who had higher hopes for Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin, the former Oklahoma senator who is only the second Indigenous cabinet member ever.
" 'This is especially disappointing when the DHS is headed by … a member of the #CherokeeNation,' said Angelique EagleWoman, director of the Native American Law and Sovereignty Institute at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minnesota.
"Agents from Customs and Border Protection and the Bureau of Indian Affairs entered the Tohono O’odham Nation at 4 a.m. on Tuesday to prevent tribal authorities from blocking contractors, according to a statement issued that day by the Nation.
"Jason Nichols, like Mullin a member of the Cherokee Nation, called the incursion by masked agents a 'step backward' in federal-tribal relations – and surprising, given Mullin’s 'knowledge on the importance of #TribalSovereignty.' "

#Queer #Activists Are Living in a Tree to Stop #Trump’s #BorderWall
In southern #Arizona, a predominantly #queer and #femme #ProtestCamp is risking arrest to protect a #cottonwood and stop a $500 million border wall project.
by John Washington, August 12 2026
Excerpt: "#KateScott, one of the key organizers on the ground in #Lochiel, said that despite the constant leering, clamoring construction, horn honking, and general unpleasantness of the local construction crews, 'a peace permeates this land.'
"She and others refer to the #CottonwoodTrees as 'grandmothers' after what she described as an ' #Indigenous women youth-led #solstice ceremony' that took place in Lochiel in late June. Scott, who is a co-founder of the #MadreanArchipelago #WildlifeCenter, was one of the first activists to try to protect the #cottonwoods as part of a broader effort to stop border wall construction.
" 'The #bees, the #MonarchButterflies, the #WildOregano,' Scott said, listing the species she and others have marveled at and taken comfort in. 'And all the while the #grandmothers are guiding us.'
Scott reflected on how it was a 'great loss' to watch the hundreds-year-old cottonwoods get destroyed."She’d spent much of the summer camping out near or directly underneath the cottonwood. This moment, she said, felt like a tipping point. 'I think people will be emboldened by our actions.' "

Dispatch from the emerging #BorderWall #blockade camp – #LochielAZ
by thecollective, August 22, 2026
Except: "This camp has illuminated a potential flashpoint for more widespread confrontation against the state, channeling the mounting frustrations against the Trump administration into clear targets with logistical vulnerabilities. Many are choosing to directly confront the machinery of state violence for the first time in their lives. People who spend time at camp are having transformative experiences, finding themselves more capable, courageous and driven to fight than they had previously believed.
If new initiatives continue to emerge, this could be just the beginning of a catalyzing cycle of struggle. The forces of tomorrow’s battles for liberation have an opportunity to converge, experiment, and train themselves today in the southern borderlands and at the offices and homes of complicit contractors.
"With the current situation, every single person who comes to camp ready to work makes a huge impact. Skills in tree climbing and blockades are valuable, but all the work of maintaining a camp is just as needed. Anyone who is ready to get to work and bring conviviality to camp should start making plans immediately. Small, coordinated groups would be especially valuable. Even a few days at camp can be enough time to improve infrastructure, teach new skills, broaden political horizons and offer a break to the overworked locals.
"Similarly, any efforts to expand the struggle could make big impacts. Fisher has operations in many states, and wall construction is underway or threatened all across the border, notably in #BigBendTX, where a sizable campaign against it has been building. If accessible on-ramps to confrontation continue to open up, there seem to be many people eager to step into whatever roles they can.
"For those who want to contribute to the building up of revolutionary forces, particularly if you come from anti-state and direct action backgrounds, here is a clear opening. Talk with your comrades where you live. Check in with your contacts in #Arizona. Pool your resources and send a crew or even just one person to #Lochiel as soon as you can. Find out how else you can contribute to the struggle, and take it as an opportunity to grow your own skills and invite new comrades into collaboration.
"The incredible beauty of this land cannot be understated. Grandmother is situated in a lush valley full of towering #cottonwoods and myriad wildlife. Epic lightning storms come out of nowhere. The arid climate is currently exploding with life from the generous monsoon rains. An absence of industrial noise leaves space for cicadas, coyotes, migratory birds, rustling cottonwood leaves and small cattle herds to be heard. Jaguars and ranchers alike ignore the imaginary line, casually stepping across to live freely as anyone should. Border patrol agents lurk along roadsides while white trucks and heavy machinery move workers and materials along a steep dirt road to strengthen the colonial infrastructure of severance. Amidst all of this, a handful of brave souls are hauling water jugs, rigging tarps, singing, dancing, dreaming and strategizing. You ought to come meet them."

I just received this press release from the Tohono O'odham Nation by email and am reprinting it here in its entirety, as it is clear that the US federal government has crossed all lines and is violating the TO Nation's tribal sovereignty:
=======================================
Press Release
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEWednesday, Aug. 26, 2026
ARMED FEDERAL AGENTS AND CONTRACTORS ENTER
TOHONO O’ODHAM NATION LAND, SET UP VEHICLE BLOCKADE
Tribal Members Urged to Stay Vigilant, Avoid Escalation, and Prioritize Personal SafetySELLS, Ariz. – On Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2026, at 4:00 a.m., border wall contractors and approximately 20 masked, armed Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents from the Tucson Sector entered the Tohono O’odham Nation land and began engaging in pre-construction activities. The contractors, who are on the Nation illegally, were accompanied by agents as they worked on three different locations near the border with drill trucks to conduct soil sampling and other activities.
This is in direct violation of the Tohono O’odham Code, Title 4, Chapter 2, “Civil Trespass; Removal and Exclusion of Nonmembers.” Tribal leadership previously warned unauthorized individuals attempting to access the Nation that they would be in violation of this trespassing law. Tohono O’odham Police Department (TOPD) officers were on the scene Tuesday morning and have been monitoring the situation.
In addition to the CBP agents, multiple BIA officers and a CBP BORTAC SWAT Team have been deployed to the Nation to protect the contractors, and a tethered balloon is being used by federal
authorities for enhanced monitoring. TOPD has been unable to issue citations due to a vehicle blockade set up by CBP. In addition, in coordination with U.S. authorities, Mexican police have been deployed to the southern side of the border to protect the areas while the border wall contractors are working.Interactions between TOPD and federal authorities have remained peaceful and professional.
“These illegal actions by border wall contractors puts decades of successful partnership in jeopardy,” said Chairman Verlon M. Jose, Chairman of the Tohono O’odham Nation. “As the federal government knows, effective border security relies on modern technology, not outdated and expensive static border
walls. This overreach by the Trump Administration must stop, and our sovereignty, along with tribal sovereignty across the country, must be respected.”Drone footage of Tuesday’s illegal activities is available at https://www.tonation-nsn.gov.

#Bipartisan Outcry Forces #Trump to Pause Border Security Project in #BigBend National Park in #Texas
@DemocracyNow_Headlines_rss , August 19, 2026
The Trump administration has paused construction of border infrastructure in Big Bend National Park in Texas following public criticism of the controversial project. Crews were filmed bulldozing pristine desert wilderness earlier this month, sparking rare bipartisan pushback. The construction is part of a larger plan for the Big Bend region to build hundreds of miles of walls, vehicle barriers and other border infrastructure. The Department of Homeland Security waived requirements that federal contractors comply with a broad slate of environmental laws, including the Endangered Species Act, to proceed with construction in the national park.
“I think the administration made such a massive miscalculation when they sicced their bulldozers on this great American national park,” says Laiken Jordahl, a national public lands advocate with the Center for Biological Diversity. Laiken says the movement to protect Big Bend cuts across partisan and ideological lines and is “a force to be reckoned with.”

#Activist #TreeSit in #Ancient #Cottonwood Continues Against #BorderWall Construction in #Arizona
August 19, 2026, via @DemocracyNow_Headlines_rss
"A protest camp in the small border town of Lochiel, Arizona, is seeking to stop federal contractors from building another portion of President #Trump’s border barrier with Mexico. At the center of the protest camp is a 200-year-old cottonwood known as a '#grandmother' tree, with activists sitting in the tree to physically stop its destruction.
" 'People are successfully forcing the government to stop, to slow down, or at least change course on border wall construction,' says journalist John Washington, a staff writer for the queer news outlet Lookout and author of multiple books about immigration. Border wall contractor Fisher Industries office stormed and trashed in Tempe, Arizona
It appears this action was executed in the classic guerilla fashion: strike fast, hit hard, then disappear before the Enemy can get their shit together to respond.
From
https://saguaros.noblogs.org/post/2026/08/06/fishing-for-trouble/The following piece is an anonymously submitted reportback from an action against Fisher Industries in Tempe on August 5th.
The border is like an open wound, sliced through the desert with no consideration for its people or ecology. Folks watched in anger as the ancient cottonwoods of Lochiel were bulldozed, save for the last Grandmother Tree, which is protected by the courageous land defenders who climbed its branches. Fisher Industries is the contractor responsible for this wanton destruction in furtherance of colonial ecocide. In response, the anarchists and troublemakers of the metropolis decided to bring resistance to their offices, in solidarity.
A small group pulled up outside and quickly sprinted into their parking lot. Together, they stormed through the front door, invading the building. They chanted, “PROTECT THE TREES, NO BORDER WALL!” trashed their lobby, flyered and stickered their glass, telling them to quit their jobs and abandon their complicity in ecocide. While some acted inside, others outside attached a poster to the front door, issuing a notice of eviction by the people to the company. As a bewildered employee retreated back into an inaccessible part of the building, presumably to call for help, they exited as swiftly as they entered and hightailed it back home.
A message to Fisher Industries:
Your deplorable actions have not gone unnoticed, and you will be held accountable for your perpetration of ecocide in support of the fascist settler state. Cease your destruction of the land or face further repercussions.
To those in the tree and the camp, blocking the machinery of death with your bodies:
The people of so-called Phoenix stand in solidarity, and their hearts beat in time with yours. Stand strong.
Until the last border wall is torn down, the last tree is felled, and the land is once again free.

Federal Contractors Begin #BorderWall Construction in #BigBend #NationalPark

"New Mexico threatens to revoke licenses of contractors drilling water wells in drought-stricken #NewMexico. The #TohonoOodham Nation has filed for an injunction to halt the Trump administration from seizing its tribal land for the border wall in Arizona, pointing out that only Congress can diminish its land.

Federal Contractors Begin Border Construction in Big Bend National Park
“This is the most heinous attack on an American national park in generations,” said Laiken Jordahl, national public lands advocate at the Center for Biological Diversity.
By Center for Biological Diversity, Censored News, August 7, 2026
TERLINGUA, Texas— "Bulldozers broke ground today on border barrier and road construction in Big Bend National Park amid widespread bipartisan opposition. Videos shared with the Center for Biological Diversity show contractors plowing through native vegetation along the Rio Grande’s riparian corridor, with the iconic Santa Elena Canyon visible in the background.
" 'This is the most heinous attack on an American national park in generations,' said Laiken Jordahl, national public lands advocate at the Center for Biological Diversity.
" 'The administration is preparing to blast hundreds of miles of destructive roads through the wildest place left in Texas and cut off public access to the Rio Grande, all to enrich private contractors. Big Bend belongs to us all, and sacrificing it is a betrayal of every Texan and every American who believes our national parks should be protected. We won’t stop fighting this reckless assault on Big Bend National Park and America’s natural heritage until this destruction ends.'
"Department of Homeland Security contractors have stockpiled heavy equipment across the Big Bend region, where staging yards have been cleared, worker camps built and water wells drilled.
"According to Customs and Border Protection’s [ #CBP ] online map, the agency plans to build vehicle barriers and patrol roads across Big Bend National Park, including in rugged and remote areas such as Mariscal Mountain that would require extensive dynamite blasting. The plans also include building in remote walled canyons where no unauthorized vehicle crossings have been documented and where vehicles cannot access the border with Mexico.
"In May the Department of Homeland Security awarded a $1.7 billion contract for border work through the national park. In June the department waived dozens of #EnvironmentalLaws — including the National Park Service Organic Act, #EndangeredSpecies Act and National Wild and Scenic Rivers Act — to authorize construction of border barriers, roads and lighting through Big Bend National Park. It was the first time in U.S. history that the federal government had waived such a broad set of environmental protections for construction inside a national park.
"The Center sued the Department of Homeland Security, saying the waivers violated the Constitution by taking actions with vast economic and political consequences without congressional authorization. That case is ongoing."

#BorderWall Construction Triggers Tree Sit to Save Ancient #Arizona #Cottonwood
For Immediate Release, July 29, 2026
Contact: Russ McSpadden,LOCHIEL, Ariz.— "Protesters today climbed into an ancient cottonwood tree in Arizona’s #SanRafaelValley to stop the Trump administration from cutting it down for construction of two parallel 30-foot-tall border walls.
"The action comes after Department of Homeland Security contractors cut down three neighboring Fremont cottonwoods estimated to be 200 to 250 years old.
" 'Destroying these ancient cottonwoods is a death sentence for an entire ecosystem,' said Russ McSpadden, Southwest conservation advocate at the Center for Biological Diversity. 'These magnificent cottonwoods survived centuries, nourishing wildlife through floods and drought, only to be bulldozed for the Trump administration’s disastrous border wall. The San Rafael Valley is one of the most biologically rich landscapes in North America. It’s both a refuge and crucial corridor for #jaguars, #ocelots, #BlackBears, #pronghorn and hundreds of bird species.'
Today’s action is believed to be the first tree sit aimed at stopping U.S. border wall construction.
"The three cottonwoods cut down earlier this week stood along a rare stretch of the U.S.-Mexico border where mature trees once formed a #transboundary canopy. The trees provided nesting habitat, shade and shelter within an increasingly scarce riparian #ecosystem that supports hundreds of animal species. One #protester was arrested Monday while trying to protect those trees and nesting #MigratoryBirds .
"Federal officials said preconstruction surveys would be conducted during Arizona’s active #nesting season, but observers at the site reported that no surveys for nesting migratory birds were completed before the trees were destroyed.
"The area also contains prehistoric #ArchaeologicalSites that preserve evidence of thousands of years of #Indigenous presence in the borderlands. Ongoing construction threatens cultural resources that would be permanently lost if disturbed.
"The Department of Homeland Security is constructing the #BorderWall under authorities that waive dozens of the nation’s cornerstone environmental and cultural resource protection laws, allowing construction to proceed without reviews normally required under laws including the National Environmental Policy Act, the #EndangeredSpecies Act and the National #HistoricPreservation Act.
"In a letter sent today to the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Center called for an immediate halt to construction in the #Lochiel area. The letter urged the agencies to conduct comprehensive biological and cultural resource surveys, consult with Tribes with ancestral and cultural connections to the San Rafael Valley, protect the remaining ancient cottonwoods, and assess the ecological and cultural resources at risk."
