So a federal court ruled that #Indiana 's #trans youth care prohibitions are likely #unconstitutional because they are based on, essentially, #SexualDiscrimination and don't pass heightened scrutiny.
That's big, and that's rational, and that's good. But that's also appealable, and it only takes one ideology-driven nutcase (or panel of nutcases or supreme nutcases) to say, "Nope, we disagree, carry on." The courts cannot be our only protection here.

The #Russian government seems very confused -- and in their typically threatening way -- as to why #Poland doesn't like to be reminded that one of the Russian guys who signed off on the #WW2 Katyn Massacre of 21K Polish POWs has a city/territory named after him next door.
Note that the Polish govt isn't actually talking about the #Kaliningrad / #Królewiec enclave being illegitimate or somehow taking it back. But #Russia, like Trump, cannot abide "disrespect." :eyeroll:
