The method, a form of passive controlled-atmosphere storage, works by sealing fruit in the clay-rich mud, restricting flow of air, moisture and microbes... Discs are formed from two bowl-shaped pieces, which are sculpted from mud and straw, and baked in the sun before being filled with up to 1–2 kilograms (2.2–4.4 lb) of un-bruised fruit and sealed with more mud. They are kept dry and cool, away from direct sunlight. Gradual permeation of gas through the clay barrier allows oxygen to enter the container, keeping the grapes alive, while the elevated concentration of carbon dioxide inside the package inhibits the grapes' metabolism and prevents the growth of fungus. The grapes are prevented from drying out, and the mud absorbs liquid which would otherwise lead to bacterial and fungal growth.

Sharing a more positive experience in my life recently. Went and got my truck cleaned by these lovely ladies. It was a good time just gettin out for abit and meeting some new people and they did a decent job cleanin the truck, might’ve been abit pricey but it was def a cool experience and got a few good pics for keepsakes lol. I was about to go the gym hence why I’m dressed “casual” but it’s all good. As another step to reduce my interaction with tech-oligarchy, I am migrating my personal website from #Microslop #Github to a smolass VPS.
But because I simply can't do one thing at a time and just get to desired results in a straight path like a normal person, I am doing this with as much Guix as I possibly can; so far with a #Guix built #container that runs on non-guixos VPS (cool right?)

I just had an acoustic, Yamaha FG-830 and man did I love that guitar. I sold it since I just bought a Strat though. I think I got jipped, but I guess I let it happen. I also had a Squier offset Telecaster which I also let go of. My main setup right now is a Squier Classic Vibe’s 50 Strat and I’m using the Fender Mustang LT25 “beginner” amp which I think is a super awesome deal. I haven’t dived into pedals and effects just yet but the Mustang comes with 30 different presets and another 20 are downloadable. You can connect it right to your MacBook and you’re on your way recording. For 160 bucks, Fender gave a great amp to people just starting out. And it’s loud and it sounds really good. Until I ,hopefully, start playing live in the future I don’t think I’d really need much more than this for at home use. But you know how that goes 😅
So, Squier CV Strat and the Fender Mustang LT25. 👌 Oh, I also use GHS Nickel Rockers for my strings. I honestly like them way more than popular brands like D’Addario and Ernie Ball. I think Stevie Ray Vaughan used the exact strings, just a custom size. Anyway, that’s me! What’s your setup!?
