Fuzzy, #lofi #downtempo that feels like it wants to grow up to be a #DeepHouse track (albeit a deeply weird one): all that’s missing is the kick drum and a groovy bassline. Hard hitting drum sounds, minimal pads and a garbled, filtered vocal chop are the main ingredients, and for the #gearheads, it might be interesting to hear this was all done on a #Digitakt.

Ayye #gearheads on #gearsquad and all my awesome #guitarists — let’s get to know each other! What’s your setup? What’s your main guitar? Amp? Pedals? What kind of strings do you use!? Acoustic or electric?! Haha whatever you wish! I just thought it’d be cool to start a conversation! I’ll stop exclaiming now and list out my stuff! 😂
I just had an acoustic, Yamaha FG-830 and man did I love that guitar. I sold it since I just bought a Strat though. I think I got jipped, but I guess I let it happen. I also had a Squier offset Telecaster which I also let go of. My main setup right now is a Squier Classic Vibe’s 50 Strat and I’m using the Fender Mustang LT25 “beginner” amp which I think is a super awesome deal. I haven’t dived into pedals and effects just yet but the Mustang comes with 30 different presets and another 20 are downloadable. You can connect it right to your MacBook and you’re on your way recording. For 160 bucks, Fender gave a great amp to people just starting out. And it’s loud and it sounds really good. Until I ,hopefully, start playing live in the future I don’t think I’d really need much more than this for at home use. But you know how that goes 😅
So, Squier CV Strat and the Fender Mustang LT25. 👌 Oh, I also use GHS Nickel Rockers for my strings. I honestly like them way more than popular brands like D’Addario and Ernie Ball. I think Stevie Ray Vaughan used the exact strings, just a custom size. Anyway, that’s me! What’s your setup!?

I am interested to meet other Rubberfur #GearHeads #GearFreaks and to attend Meetups and Events
But i also have to say i an limited in my social reserves (Autism thing) and would be completely overwhelmed with a largescale event like GB
Can you please help me to find smaller Meetups in Germany, preferably Multiday including sleep that i can meet buddies with less pressure
