  1. In complexity, top-down and bottom-up organization ceases to be effective, because the market, or the "outside" takes on the steering. This is why we need to empower the periphery: We need to decentralize decision-making to market-bound teams, and let the center serve the periphery.

  2. @nielspflaeging @PAdeus '#marketeconomy' is definitely not the most significant descriptor for this state, at least it is less significant than private property and it's accumulation.
Instead proposing 'Market economy' as some kind of a 'neutral' word to describe this systemically unjust and unequal system seems like yet another rhetorical trick to me. 😏

  3. Nobody wants to be led!
    We are human beings, dammit!
No #leading, no f@*king #leaders, no #followership necessary, DAMMIT! People are not sheep! When will that #LEADERSHIT thing finally end? When will we get rid of the terror of command-and-control thinking?

    DAMMIT.

Of course you can't do anything with it. It is #autopoiesis. It is doing things onto itself like #growing and #learning. 😉

  8. Decentralization is the key. Those who think they can somehow realize lean or agility or great leadership or high performance without decentralization are SERIOUSLY mistaken.
