Mastery-based #education has been shown to be more effective: Instead of holding fixed the duration to learn and varying the #learning outcomes (an inherently and irremediably classist and ableist colonial norm), vary the duration to learn and hold fixed the outcome of topic mastery.
Learning only happens on the output side, but grade-based learning doesn’t promote learning: It promotes playing the system to maximize grades. Eliminate grades, and replace the competition and social sorting with cooperation and constructive education, and you get more learned students.
Only trouble is, the ruling class controlling educational policy consider the social sorting a feature, not a bug: It is selective for their own children against others, thus reducing competition in the higher-paying and more power-proximate labour market. The resulting inequity is the system working as intended.
Consider: who gets to provide their children unlimited access to predictably quiet and peaceful spaces, private tutoring, and anything else they need to maximize grades?
Conveniently for most of them, due to the intergenerational transmission of socioeconomic status this social sorting reinforces, graded education also upholds white supremacy. Also conveniently for the most powerful of them, it bolsters #patriarchy and #eugenics as well.
It should thus come as no surprise that the ruling class are promoting #AI — particularly, “generative” “AI” (read: plagiaristic content synthesis). By offering a shortcut to output without the cognitive effort to come up with said output themselves, it sabotages learning.
Since children of poor and working-class families are most strapped for learning-conducive space and time, they’re most pressured to use #genAI. It is therefore their education most sabotaged in early grades, and them most likely to face expulsion from #PSE for #plagiarism if their AI-generated homework gets them admission.

To jedna z tych zmian, której nie widać gołym okiem, ale która zmienia wszystko.
Choć Centralny System Informacji Rynku Energii (CSIRE) wystartował oficjalnie w lipcu, to właśnie teraz wchodzimy w decydującą fazę testu bojowego.
E.ON Polska ogłosił pełne wdrożenie obsługi klientów biznesowych w nowym standardzie. To ważny sygnał dla rynku: cyfrowa rewolucja w gniazdkach to nie odległa przyszłość, ale teraźniejszość, która rozpędza się przed finałem w 2026 roku.
System, budowany pod egidą Polskich Sieci Elektroenergetycznych, ma zmodernizować skostniały rynek energii. Od 1 lipca 2025 r. korzystają z niego pierwsze podmioty, w tym Grupa Energia NOVA i E.ON Polska. Dziś, w grudniu, operatorzy ci dzielą się pierwszymi wnioskami z funkcjonowania w nowej rzeczywistości.
Co już działa?
E.ON Polska poinformował, że rozpoczął pełną obsługę klientów biznesowych w oparciu o CSIRE. Oznacza to, że procesy wymiany informacji są już w pełni zdigitalizowane, a dane spływają do systemu automatycznie, zamiast krążyć w tradycyjny sposób. – „Wdrożenie CSIRE to nie tylko kolejny projekt IT w energetyce, ale nowy fundament funkcjonowania całego sektora” – podkreśla Andrzej Modzelewski, prezes E.ON Polska.
Dlaczego to ważne teraz?
Jesteśmy w połowie drogi. Ustawa zakłada etapowe włączanie kolejnych graczy, aby uniknąć paraliżu. Fakt, że duży sprzedawca energii pomyślnie zmigrował kluczowe procesy, jest papierkiem lakmusowym dla całego projektu. Ostateczny termin, kiedy system obejmie absolutnie wszystkich uczestników rynku w Polsce (w tym gospodarstwa domowe w całym kraju), to 19 października 2026 roku. Zostało niespełna 10 miesięcy na dopięcie systemu na ostatni guzik.
Co z tego będziesz miał?
Gdy system ruszy pełną parą dla wszystkich, skończy się epoka prognoz. CSIRE to techniczny fundament pod:
- Dynamiczne taryfy: dane o zużyciu będą dostępne niemal w czasie rzeczywistym.
- Happy Hours: możliwość korzystania z tańszego prądu w określonych godzinach (np. do ładowania auta czy prania).
- Szybsze formalności: ujednolicona komunikacja między sprzedawcami ma uprościć życie klientom.

Чтобы полностью раскрыть тему PoE, предлагаю рассмотреть схему питаемого устройства (PD) на дискретных компонентах. Такой подход представляет особый практический интерес, поскольку огромное количество различных IP-устройств (камер, точек доступа, телефонов) удобно питать по кабелю данных. Основные сокращения: PoE — Power over Ethernet (питание через Ethernet); PD — Powered Device (питаемое устройство); IP — Internet Protocol (Интернет-протокол). В контексте "IP-устройств" подразумеваются сетевые устройства с собственным IP-адресом (камеры, точки доступа); PSE — Power Sourcing Equipment (источник питания); I_CL — Classification Current (ток классификации); КПД — Коэффициент Полезного Действия; MOSFET — Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor (Метало-Оксидный-Полупроводниковый Полевой Транзистор). Стандарт PoE требует, чтобы PD реализовывало три функции: обнаружение, классификацию и подключение. Обнаружение происходит при повышении входного напряжения от 2,5 до 10 В. Резистор R31 в составе PD обеспечивает заданное сопротивление обнаружения (~25 кОм) для оборудования PSE (источника питания), позволяя тому идентифицировать устройство как PoE-совместимое.
