Mid 70s for #ThrowbackThursday this week, taken on a hot day in Portsmouth (much like today). I'm the boy at the front. The girl next to me is Tracy and her older sister Samantha sits behind. Being held up by his mum, Ethel, is Tarek. The older woman standing behind might be Ethel's daughter (who was Donna at the time, but changed it later), but no idea on the drinker.

Me, sporting another fashion fancy from the 1970s for #ThrowbackThursday this week. That's the garden of the house I grew up in, in the time before the now-ubiquitous wood panel fencing when privacy was less a concern. My dad trod on a football, fell, and cracked his head open on that concrete post one time and had to go to hospital.

Dies Radio ist sehr dezent und findet in nahezu jeder Einrichtung seinen Platz.Wir haben 10 Akkus a 500mAh verbaut.
Das sollte für bis zu 20 Stunden Musik am Stück reichen.Außerdem haben wir für den Stereosound wieder Lautsprecher aus alten TFT Displays für den zweiten Kanal irgendwie ins Gehäuse bekommen.
Geladen wird wie üblich bei uns mit : USB-C aus USB-A.

Saw the word "ragtime" on a TV programme so immediately started singing the theme tune to Ragtime to my wife who proclaimed she'd never heard of the 70s kids show before and could I please stop.

Note the kitchen wallpaper in the background. Try not to linger on the underpants design. The t-shirt has a cartoon character and the wording "A little Indian from Oklahoma" on it and nope, no idea about that at all, and the internet hasn't helped out either.

Wie zuletzt befindet sich die gesamte Technik im Gehäuse eines alten Radios.
Diesmal haben wir ein ITT Schaub Lorenz Junior #radio aus #deutschland verbaut, welches in den 1970er Jahren hergestellt wurde.Das ITT Junior Radio war vollständig defekt, selbst der Lautsprecher war tot.
An Stelle des Speakers haben wir Lautsprecher aus defekten TV Geräten verbaut.
So trägt unser Umbau mehrfach zum #Umweltschutz bei.Dieses Radio ist klein, sehr klein, kleiner als 2 Kaffeebecher (siehe Bilder).
Wahrscheinlich wird es sich in einem Arbeitszimmer oder Büro sehr wohl fühlen.
Bis 40qm wird es locker mit schöner Musik versorgen, danach geht ihm eher die Puste aus.
Wir haben das Radio mit FranK Sinatra in Dauerschleife getestet.
Swing oder auch elektronische Musik gibt es wunderbar wieder,
bei Heavy Metal oder Hardcore Techno würden wir zu etwas größerem raten.Hier könnt Ihr es kaufen:

Early 1970s for #ThrowBackThursday and this was the wedding of my mum's cousin Maureen to Simon. The marriage didn't last much into the 80s and she married again but I always still referred to her and her other half as "Maureen and Simon". My mum is second from the right, carrying me. On the far left is Maureen's brother who would later own, breed, and race huskies with some being used in the 2001Tomb Raider movie.
