Portsmouth City Council relies on companies' apps for some of their 'green' tech, for example eScooters or charging an EV. These companies don't have the natural alternative to view in a browser.
This means you're basically beholden to Google or Apple, which is a bit shit.
(I can download via Aurora Store but I'm trying to avoid that atm and - anyway - it's the principle that counts.)

He used to be in the Beirut police force before coming to the UK to work at a hotel where he met and married Ethel from Ireland, and that's how my family came to know him. He later drove the buses in #Portsmouth and was legendary for his lack of patience with passengers and other drivers.

A new report from the Clean Air South network has highlighted the role of cleaner #transport and zero-emission buses in improving air quality across southern #England. Produced by the #University of #Southampton with local authorities, businesses and health organisations, the report showcases projects aimed at reducing pollution and improving public health.
