Several people have told me we were name-checked in The Onion autobiography but I don't remember seeing the actual paragraph. Kudos that they got the orthography of my name correct and managed to cram all the details without a single error. Madison WI police raid on Corey Ruiz memorial took serious fighting
This is being widely covered up, but for the Madison WI cops to take the site of the protest against July 13's police murder seems to have taken serious fighting.
Reports are the cops initially managed to clear the site, only to have protesters take it back resulting in this battle.
You don't see smoke and flames in a CD and kettle folks. This looks more like 2020 and the Uprising. That may be the reason for media silence on this conflict. The corporate media are now loyal to Trump, especially those outfits that need broadcasting licenses from the Federal government. They may be trying to keep this from mushrooming into 2020 style coast to coast fighting.

"Arrest the Killer Cop" banner hung from Madison WI POLICE HQ
Overnight on August 4, police stormed the Madison, WI shooting site occupied by protesters since the 13th of July. There were multiple arrests as protesters set fires and defended the site.
On the morning of August 5th, cops arrived at "work" to find an "Arrest the Killer Cop 608-266-4211" banner hanging from the site of their OWN HEADQUARTERS! That is not an easy mission to carry out folks, it requires either covert entry into the police headquarters, scaling the outside of the building unobserved, or some expert handling of multiple drones with sufficient lift capacity to carry the furled banner.
