because #postmarketOS decided to drop armhf architecture, i decided to create an end user friendly #alpine img

some dev notes:
- wayland was super easy to setup. x11 was a pain
- the automated qemu tests are pretty interesting
- i hope alpine can also use pmbootstrap to configure alpine imgs one day
