Apparantly you can use #Waydroid for that. But personally, I do not use Waydroid, so I have no experience with that.
Also camera getting to work in Waydroid seems difficult.
You can use Waydroid on Linux, whether it is a Linux desktop, laptop or phone.

What I did is redirect my phone number to a SIP phone number. I configured it in #linphone on #waydroid and with this workaround I am able to make and receive phone calls with audio working in #FP5

Today I found that i can run full android on linux using Waydroid.
Waydroid is container based layer and there is no translation layer so its so fast compared to the emulators.
Requries wayland supported desktop environment to run smoothly.
You can run any android app inside your pc using waydroid (aurora store: shown in the image)
It uses LineageOS as default so no google bloats.

Voorlopig de stand van zaken:
- #sailfishos, uniek in uiterlijk en werking, alleen de #Fairphone 5 heeft geen Android ondersteuning waardoor het dagelijks gebruik lastig/beperkt is (je moet bepaalde dingen opgeven)
- #ubunttouch, voor de #Fairphone 5 momenteel de 'beste' oplossing doordat het stabiel is en #waydroid ondersteuning heeft.
- #postmarketos, veel ontwikkeling in, maar gewoon nog een soort alpha/beta versie. #waydroid kreeg ik niet goed aan de praat.

Nach kurzer Recherche festgestellt das die Matrix Signal Bridge und #Flare von @schmiddionmobile
die Optionen sind die man hat um Signal stabil unter #postmarketos laufen zu lassenZumindest wenn man kein #Waydroid will. Das hat mich im Test nicht überzeugt.
Letzte Hoffnung Google macht das Offene Android so schnell kaputt (https://keepandroidopen.org) das Signal reagiert und endlich! einen nativen Linux client raus bringt.

I need #MicrosoftWord in #Linux. Why? Because, for instance, I need to edit shared documents online with other colleagues. #Office online is not an alternative for me: I tried it, but it's too limited, compared to the standalone app. So, why not to exploit #WayDroid for desktop? I tried it, but, correctly, #Microsoft intune configuration blocks it from running... how to solve it? Is there an #opensource alternative of #Word working even for online shared documents?

Well, the #GPS issue I also found imposes a relevant limit for a daily usage of #UbuntuTouch… moreover, sticking with #Android / #Waydroid as a backup let us think on how this os is behind, compared to its two competitors…

Playing with #UbuntuTouch: while having a native #Linux terminal is great, I noticed several relevant lacks. Apart many users with #GPS issues, a native mail client is missing: #Dekko2, the “most suggested” one, appears to be discontinued, while both it and the main OS (!!) do not support #OAuth2. So the best option is to stick with #webapps, or to use #Waydroid, an internal #Android emulator, with limits (such as the impossibility to share #notifications with the main os). What am I missing?

В общем то решил я как-то попробовать перейти на Linux phone. Но решил сделать это тестово и дешевым способом, купил себе Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC за 5 тыс. руб на Авито, хорошенько потанцевал с бубнами и накатил себе Ubuntu Touch.
