It's Friday, the weekend's upon us and that's cool and all... but I'm currently crashing down a bit, feeling tired, burnt out, exhausted, leeched. Which is not unusal for me at the end of the week, when the tension suddenly recedes and I notice just how much energy it takes for me just exist "out there".

I've seen a bit of discussion about trying to define a #solarpunk #fashion style online recently to help people connect with the movement.
It's a good idea, but I realised that any style can be solarpunk. Locally sourced materials, visible mending, practical tech - you can make that in any style. Can you imagine solarpunk #goth? Solarpunk #athleisure? Solarpunk #grunge?
All of that sounds way more exciting to me than trying to create a single solarpunk uniform!

This morning's #workout #music is from Chelsea Wolfe doing a live set in 2018. Don't think I have listened to her stuff for more than a song at a time before. She reminds me of Beth Gibbons if she was the singer for BIG|BRAVE. I can see why she is popular. Could benefit from some more variety in the mood of her songs, but well executed for what she does.

I only wish that (mostly female) goths wouldn't be a subject of erotic fetishism, because often, nude and pornographic posts with the hashtag "goth" get swepped into my feed. And not only here, but also on Tumblr.
This is so annoying, because these posts rarely use appropiate wording, content warnings or hashtags one could easily filter out, such as "nudity" or similar. -
