Das Ergebnis ist ein filmisches Manifest, von dessen avantgardistischen Wagemut das Kino als Kunstform bis heute zehrt.

Erst nachdem er Sally vor dem Ertrinken gerettet hat, gelingt Luke schließlich sowohl privat als auch beruflich der Durchbruch. #BusterKeaton's Slapstick-Meisterwerk „Der Kameramann“ ist eine köstliche Parodie auf die Arbeitsweise in der Traumfabrik.
