Hmm 🤔
Even though I had some better sleep last night, I still feel a bit bläh at the moment.
I gave Koa a snack and put him in the crate (he had his teeth everywhere!) and I am trying to relax a bit on the couch.
I think it's a fibro flare, as I am feeling cold while parts of me are sweating, and I am tired when I was feeling OK enough half an hour ago, and I am more sensitive to light now, and getting a slight headache...
It's been a while since I had a flare up, and I can't say that I've missed them...:pixy_party: 💜 🍀 🐾

It's Friday! Survived another week, ha ha. Managed to focus on work well enough, and fun stuff since that the continuing fibro flare is mainly ignored... mainly. I mean, it's still there and rude, but anyways. Not a lot I can do about it besides wait it out. ¬¬
Also waiting -- for the pharmacy at the surgery (doctor's office) to get back to me. One of my meds is completely unavailable right now, so I'm asking if they can give me a prescription for the generic... which is out of stock almost everywhere, but at least one location has some. Even if quetiapine (Seroquel) is one of my most important meds, I can survive if I can't get it immediately. We'll see what they say, and if they say it today. If not, I'll probably have to drag myself into the office on Monday.
For now... caffeine and games, maybe a bit of knitting. We'll see how it goes.

So. All extra exhausted yesterday, very rude. More of that today, but with pain -- I guess it was a presage to a fibro flare. Rapture. And then of course I talk myself out of it being a 'real' flare because I can still sit here and do things//I'm used to chronic pain//???. I shouldn't dismiss it even if I can cope with it. It's still there, and it still sucks.
I actually made some progress on my sock yesterday. I finished the heel flap yesterday and am on the gusset rows. I don't know how much if any I will get done today, 'cause my back is being pre-pingy (yay, another bad pain). We'll see.
Good spirits regardless. I do my best to not let crap get me down.

He knows how debilitating extra illnesses and stress can be for me. If I’d asked them not to go, they wouldn’t have gone, but then I would have got a load of shit off him.
Also feeling guilty for youngest feeling rubbish, our illness would probably be better if I could afford to put the heating on.

I now have a swollen little toe, big toe on same foot hurts, and general feet cramping. My thumb is still slightly swollen, my knees are worse. But it’s probably just a #FibroFlare
I’ve got pain relief and compresses, and resting them as much as possible.
I think I need a new doctor.

With all the stuff that continues to happen, it probably is a flare up, but I am still in pain and finding certain things more difficult. My gp is usually very good, but I’m feeling like I’ve just been given the brush off. And I can’t even reply, or ask any questions, unless I ring up.

Thankfully almost recovered today after yesterday’s #FibroFlare . I was concerned it was going to be a long one.
Now I’ve just got to gee myself up to get off my butt and head in to my studio for the first time in weeks. I’ve got my #booster in the toon at the end of the working day anyway, so I might as well go in and get some peace away from the house.
