I was down to 20 minutes every three days or so.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) activity and flares were recorded for 1,070 patients over 12,583 outpatient visits during 2021-2024, and evaluated with respect to six air pollutants. Worse RA outcomes were most strongly associated with higher and more prolonged exposure to PM2.5 aerosol particles.
