I think pre-emptive dosing myself with co-codamol before the arthritis hits my fingers is working. I've only had to use the splints for relief once this week so far.
The GP has increased the co-codamol strength so hopefully even that'll improve. -

Nice sunday read. The article goes on to propose to 1. Reframe Weed As Wellness, 2. Lean On Peer-Review Studies and 3. Dare To Question Existing Tech Platforms (and censorship). It advocates for invite-only discord grow diaries, yet fails to mention the #fediverse and #mastodon as great tools to keep #freedomofexpression and #humanrights going.
