Übrigens, das S55 war ein Mobiltelefon falls manche Leser das nicht wissen sollten 😁

Schmerzen 24/7, mal mehr, mal weniger. Schlaflose Nächte oder man hat geschlafen, ist aber kaum erholt. Nebel im Kopf und miese Laune, Niedergeschlagenheit, sind dein Alltag? 😵💫Um mit diesen Herausforderungen zurechtzukommen, kann eine Selbsthilfegruppe eine gute Unterstützung sein. Es ist ein großer Unterschied, ob man mit Familie oder Freunden spricht oder mit anderen Betroffenen. Man muss nichts erklären, sich für nichts rechtfertigen, die anderen Betroffenen wissen ganz genau, wovon man redet. Der Austausch an sich, das Teilen von Wissen über einfache Tipps bis hin zu speziellen Untersuchungs- oder Behandlungsmethoden, bringt konkrete Hilfestellungen und macht Mut. 💪
