I have a very weird question and I don't even know what hashtag to use.
I am in Eastern Ontario and I want to make some cream-based recipes, like some homemade ice cream, my homemade clotted cream, and I saw a cool tutorial for cultured butter that I'd like to try. But cream is stupidly expensive when I buy it by the carton in grocery stores, and it's sold by the litre max. Is there any way I can buy larger volumes of cream? My two main thoughts were through a restaurant supplier, who might say no because I'm not a restaurant, or direct from a farmer, but I don't know any dairy farmers. Before I let my AuDHD take over and fill my next 24 hours with a hunt for cream, I thought I’d ask other humans first.
