The grey goo on the foundation isn't dry yet (the instructions just say "several days") and we're actually having some nice autumn weather, so I got to do some gardening.
Threshed the seeds out of the sunflower heads. The stripey ones are supposed to be better for eating and the black ones for making oil but I can't really tell much difference taste or oil wise.
The stalks got cut and limbed and thrown in the barn. The internet claims they will dry into tough woody material suitable for plant supports. But the internet is full of disinformation now, so we'll dry and see.
Friend came by to pluck some raspberries, got given some fresh garlic and left us with a celery plant, so that was a bad deal (wife likes celery though, so I planted it anyways).
