Home-made meringues - for the first time I tried aquafaba (the viscous canned chickpea liquid ). And they are delicious... and very sweet.

Little #snack: $0.78 can of chickpeas mashed up with a bit of the #aquafaba from the can, some #nooch, a bit of #APFlour for binding, various herbs, some smoked #paprika, pan fried in a bit of #SesameOil. With some quickly made vegan #TartarSauce (#cashews, #LemonJuice, diced #pickles, and a bit of #mustard) for dipping.
