Déjà je pense qu’elle vont moins se résorber en petite boule comme dimanche, et garder quelques pointes. -

Essen in den Ferien
Wir assen auch in den Ferien. Und wie: Am Morgen Frühstücksbuffet und am Abend Salatbuffet und Suppe mit anschliessendem Auswahl-Hauptgang und -Dessert im Ferien- und Familienhotel Adelboden. Am Mittag ein Sandwich oder auch etwas Kleines in einem der Cafés im Dorf – meist bei Haueter. Einmal jedoch, da schafften wir es noch zu einem Haussalat im Tea Room Schmid.
Wir haben dieses Tea Room vor einigen Jahren bereits entdeckt. Erstens hat es seit da seinen festen Platz in unseren Winterferien und in diesem Blog, und zweitens ist der Haussalat seither und immer noch sehr zu empfehlen!
Zu Besuch im Tea Room Schmid mit Freunden entdeckten wir auch die Dessert-Karte mit Waffeln, Meringue, selbst gemachter Glacé (sorry, Glacé wird zu meiner Meringue leider überbewertet, darum weiss ich nicht aus eigener Erfahrung, wie sie schmeckt) und mehr.
Irgendwann – spätestens nächsten Winter – muss ich wieder da hin, für eine weitere Portion Haussalat mit Cola im Glasfläschli. Und für selbstgemachte Glacé.
Diesmal ohne Meringue …
