last night's #dinner: #chicken #shawarma, rice pilaf (from a box) & a 3-ingredient #flatbread w/ #hummus, homemade toum, cucumber slices and #harissa. given the lack of leftovers, i think it went over pretty well.

I used to make #hummus well, but the last few times it didn't quite work. While I remembered all the ingredients from before I didn't remember the how I did it. This time, instead of using the blender I used the mortar & pestle, even for the split peas (använd det du har), and this time it was good. I think I need a bigger #mortarAndPestle for my next gift giving holiday.
