Sorry for potato quality here, the chip itself it rather small and my phone's camera is certainly showing its age at macro shots.
Inside the package is a whole assembly, with multiple passives and silicon dies. One of them still stuck to the substrate, the others stuck inside the molding compound. Bond wires can still be seen around the dies. Unfortunately, the smaller dies were too challenging to handle. But we can have a look at the larger ones!

This pattern is in a female Silver Argiope's web. The spider visible here is a male that was visiting her. The zigzag is called a stabilimentum or web decoration. There are many different theories on why spiders make it, but spiders don't speak English so we don't know for sure. Originally it was assumed that it was made to stabilize the web, which is where the name comes from. Many studies have been done, but with contradictory findings. It seems likely the decorations have several purposes. They may confuse predators by making the spider look bigger. They make the web more visible to prevent large animals from running into the web. Stabilimentum reflects UV light. Birds can see UV light so avoid running into these webs.
