So, apparently it's a thing where people bring energy drinks in for teachers. My wife's a substitute and they had this laying around that no one wanted...so, I drank it.

This is Black Rifle Energy's Berry Ranger. And let me tell you...meh.

It's got so little flavor. I was so shocked at how little flavor it had apart from bubbles and like the most subtle feeling of coffee in my mouth. I mean wicked subtle, like I don't "taste" coffee, if that even makes ANY sense.

The caffeine is from coffee, so it makes SOME sense that it feels like coffee in my mouth. But, I hate coffee flavoring.

So, anyway.

Nah. Not paying for this.

I did not remember a morning energy drink earlier this week, so I picked one up at the gas station on the way into work. It was a C4 Mango Fuego cause...I'm a sucker for a gimmick in a can.

How was it? Artificially spicy, at times. It gives you a quick artificial mango flavor that is immediately replaced with artificial heat in your mouth. It's sweet and hot, kind of. It's confusing.

Think mango habanero flavored sauces, but not as good.

Would not go out of my way to get again, but would drink if someone just handed me a free energy drink.

I literally just bought a full bottle of 90 caffeine pills WITH an energy drink to wash one down. I think I might have a bit of a caffeine problem, but these pills are so much less expensive than buying a jar of coffee every week or two.

I had to take a shower this morning cause I got myself covered in sweat purely because the only thing that would make me happy at that moment was a White Monster so I walked over a half mile to and from the Dollar General cause I knew they sold them for cheaper than the grocery store.

Monster Energy says...'Merica.

The first was an aggressive looking Strawberry Lemonade Juice Monster. It's...okay. I'd drink it again, but I'd pick most other Monsters over it. It's kind of strawberry lemonade flavored, heavier on the lemonade and a little tart.

Red White and Blue Razz tastes...like blue raspberry Monster. Would drink again. Doesn't need the silly re-branding, tho.
