    No explanation from the local government apart from "the form was not received."
    Today I went to the polling station. Masked. With ID.
    I invited the election officer to step outside if they wanted me to remove my mask. They declined. They OK'D my right to vote and gave me my ballot form.
    I protected my health.
    Job done.
