#SaraMardini #TheSwimmers"On 18 November 2022, migrant right defenders Seán Binder, Sara Mardini and Nassos Karakitsos attended their court summons at the first instance court on Lesvos Island. The human rights defenders informed the inquisitor and prosecution that they have nothing to add. Their trial will commence on 10 January 2023 and face charges classified as misdemeanour crimes, however the felony charges are still not concluded."
