"A coalition of leftwing councils has agreed to defy new rules around single-sex spaces on the grounds that they are “harmful to the rights of #trans people”. Now that #AndyBurnham is busy manchesterising the UK, it is possible & not entirely mistaken that local Mancunians believe he/ #Labour has no time for them & they'd be better off voting #Green. If this campaign 👇🏽 rings as true in #Manchester as it does here in #Lambeth (the 4% #socialhousing on new builds starting from a promised 45 or 30% is too familiar), then the city might go the same way 💚 !

After they realised that wasnt happening their parting shot was to lie about the reasons for the byelection in the first place! They claimed the Green resigned in disgrace but it was for health reasons (and who would want to deal with Labour's lying shit every day?)

Labour canvasser absolutely blew it at our door earlier today.
For a start, we've already voted by Post for the Greens, but they didnt know that.
Then they were most insistant on talking to me instead of my wife who answered the door ("Labour has problem with Women!")

We had a Labour caller yesterday ("Thanks but no") and the Greens flyer'd again, the fight for this seat is intense!it's clear in the Inner Cities the battle is between Labour and the Greens, Reform aren't even a concern here.

The Greens have listened to my whines on Mastodon and have leafleted this block of flats, possibly using the same kid who did Labour's drop last week.
We shall be on holiday for the election so have applied and been accepted for postal voting, it took 10 minutes our side and they seem to have processed it first thing this morning.
