  7. Interesting observation about #Melatonin and sensory hyper-responsiveness to #noise, after only a few hours it has reduced my hypersensitivity to noise (when doing the dishes), which I wasn't expecting. For someone trying to make their own comfortable earplugs, this is a pleasant surprise!

Someone told me about melatonin in my 50s and I switched to that. 30mg/day, but it's diff for everybody so try different levels (start low and work up)
