Had breakfast, slept 6 hours, had water, my vitamins and went outside to get some sun and fresh air. I'm not too sure what I did, but hey, it's a win.
I've started sleeping four hours or less at a time again, so this is a good thing, to also be able to deal with daywalker things that require being awake and functional during business hours.

Welp, laundry is done. The documentary I have on is boring and I keep nodding off. Just waiting until it gets dark so I can go to bed.

I've now gone 2 full work weeks with my insomnia flaring up and getting 4 hours of sleep at best. What id give to get a good night's/day's sleep again....

Ho. Lee. Shit. This is BY FAR the best night of sleep I have had since I got my WHOOP band. What did I do?? How do I repeat this??? #ChronicInsomnia #AlwaysTired #SleepLikeCrap
(For reference, I regularly get less than 1 hour of REM sleep. One night recently it was 17 minutes.)
