@[email protected] #melatonin #insomniacure I've had insomnia since I was a kid. In my 30s I started taking Benadryl before bed and using a white noise generator. Someone told me about melatonin in my 50s and I switched to that. 30mg/day, but it's diff for everybody so try different levels (start low and work up)

my sweetie was gifted a package of THC gummies from a cannabis shop. tried one, didn’t like the taste, & felt the minor buzz wasn’t worth it. she passed them on to me.
last night I tried one. didn’t object to the taste, though it *was* a minor buzz. my cat, Darwin, came up to beg some treats & waited patiently for me to finish messing around online. I decided to give him treats after I laid down. between the minor gummy buzz & the cat’s major buzz, I slept for a solid 6 hours.
