Last weekend I refereed #ClassicTraveller on a little (private) #osr retreat. Sadly the adventure was really bad and I had not enough time to prep another module. The module in question was "The Legend of Sky Raiders". Best CT adventure of all times according to James Maliszewski/Grognardia. If someone knows how he came to that conclusion, let me know. My best guess is childhood memories and nostalgia.

A less realistic, but maximally fun SSTO.
These tilt-engines are way more powerful and efficient than what I usually use in KSP, to the point where they probably are unrealistic af. That’s why I didn’t even bother with the TWR or dV this time. But having one part that can do a tilt engine is SO nice. If you want it to be a bit more realistic, I guess you can lower the thrust limiter.
Its very power hungry, but it comes with an internal nuclear reactor which has a heatsink slapped on to it. This way it can run for quite a long time before running out of juice. Some capacitors also help extending that time. The cargo bay doors can also act as radiators if opened.
The COM is very carefully balanced so this thing is stable both in horizontal and vertical flight, the RCS is centred and the docking port aligns with it reasonably well. (you can dock it to the front of a mothership and it won’t make it spin out of control. If you want to use the engines to propel the other ship though, you might spin)

A petition undersigned by El Rio, Zeitgeist and more is gaining steam
A new ordinance proposed by San Francisco District 7 Supervisor Myrna Melgar aims to ban smoking on bar patios, and some local venues aren’t happy about the plan.
(. . .)Several bar owners said that it puts an undue burden on their businesses and that the supervisor’s office didn’t do the necessary community outreach. In reaction, 13 Bay Area bars, including the Stud, Mothership and Horsies Market & Saloon, have crafted a petition opposing the ban. It’s estimated that approximately 50 bars would be affected by the change. The petition has racked up 1,488 signatures as of Friday morning.

Under current regulations, businesses that operate as restaurants are not allowed to have smoking on their patios. As a result, Casements is one example of a bar that doesn’t allow smoking, but the owner has still put her bar’s name on the petition opposing the legislation.
'Taking away that choice is the problem,' owner Gillian Fitzgerald said. 'We’re just drastically affecting the entire culture of bars as a third space every time we tack on these things.'

'The impact on my business would be direct and immediate,' Zeitgeist owner Lara Burmeister wrote in an email to SFGATE. 'My staff would be required to enforce this change rather than focus on the work that actually serves our customers and drives revenue — creating friction that affects both the employee experience and the customer relationship.'
Burnmeister said that over the past 10 days, the bar surveyed 1,577 customers and found that 89% stated they prefer allowing the ability to smoke on the patio."
