Howdy! I'm E and I'm excited to be here.

I have a lot of interests that vary by the day: games, movies, gardening, music, swimming, birdwatching, books... Overall, I'm delighted to share what delights me and to hear what delights other people. I intend to post mostly about the little things that I'm enjoying, observing, or wondering about in my daily life.

I have 4 cats who will feature heavily here. I'm also a "step-mom" to my partner's wonderful dog, who will feature not-quite-as-heavily-but-pretty-close. I love all animals and will probably fave too many pictures of everyone's curious creatures.

I'm currently running a #Starfinder game with some of my best friends. It's the first game I've GMed and it is equal parts intimidating and incredibly fun. I'm very lucky to have the group that I do.

I am trying not to be so politically active in this space, but I am a staunch lefty. I believe in practicing antiracism, feminism, and class solidarity, for all. Ideally that won't need to come up too much, but I want to make it clear from the outset.

So confession: I didn't find what I was looking for. I'd been looking for something pregnancy-positive in a classical theme. This is less so, since it portrays Diana's discovery of Callisto carrying Jupiter's child, nevermind that she is completely blameless in the matter.

My thoughts on coming up with a lashunta aesthetic of beauty lead me down some very odd paths, especially if we apply some rules crunch. Throwing back to PF1E, if we assume all Damaya get +2 to Charisma. Then, per my homebrew rules, if females also get a +2 charisma bonus under ~rauzhiafi~ - psychically enhanced birthmight - during their third trimester and after birth up until their child matures to mindshedness, then wouldn't this period of motherhood constitute when females are considered most beautiful?
