Allez j’ai laissé quelques jours d’avance à RPG Trader, mais je sors quand même La Grande Procession de Halloween sur itch.io aussi, pour celleux qui préfèrent alimenter leur bibliothèque là-bas. De toute façon plus y aura de monde qui (re)découvre et (re)joue cette aventure d’@EvlynMoreau, plus festive sera la renaissance de la Sombre Mère, c’est tout ce qui compte.

I just published a blog entry about the cosmology of my Moon Shadows #dnd #osr #ose #ttrpg setting. Standard D&D settings always had too many planes for me. 17 outer planes? And one of them is actually 666 planes stacked on top of each other? And 16 inner planes? And a bunch of "demiplanes" floating around all willynilly? It's too busy for me, so I stripped it down and there's still a place for everything, so I don't feel like I'm missing anything.

I've been thinking this morning about the cosmology of my Moon Shadows #ttrpg #dnd #ose campaign setting. It's not *too* complicated but also most players will never need to know it. I'm thinking of just breaking it down into sections of varying detail.
If you're a warrior type: Earth, Air, Fire, and Water are all around us. They overlap and mix together to make the world. Heaven is up and Hell is down. Here's your sword. The pointy end goes in the other guy.

CW: Mild Tomb of Armansquagulat spoilers?
A former RPG group member is visiting from overseas, so we played a level one Old School Essentials one-shot, which I’m informed is “The Tomb of Armansquagulat” by the 3d6 Down the Line podcast people.
While attempting to loot a goblin chieftain’s tomb we underwent a rare 200% TPK! Eight PCs, effectively two parties. We played fairly strategically, but the chieftain’s ghost got us all in the end. A great time was had by all, lots of laughs.
