Bad news, Fuggslow my #OSE #DungeonsAndDragons thug/henchmen in search of a master/mistress died in our club #OSR game. Trapped on the wrong side of a portcullis, a pack of ravaging white wolves torn him apart. Sad times.

Romax Wakanza, a Lawful fighter has given up his life of goose husbandry to claim the right to bear the Wakanza family sword and slay evil. With 18 strength and 17 constitution he's definitely the highest stat'd of my 6 characters in this game so far. Huzzah!

One thing that I've noticed about my #SoloRPG #OSE sessions is they tend to end up unintentionally short. I play digitally, and I suspect what happens is I get distracted by something else on the computer.

So I'm thinking that maybe I should try playing with pen and paper only, just to try it?

But playing digitally is really convenient though, you end up with a digital, searchable record of everything... I need to think about this.

I uploaded the Shadow Dwarf to the Moon Shadows project page for my #bx #dnd #ose #osr setting. Shadow dwarves (or duergar) suffer from the Chorus Curse. They hear a cacophony of voices in their mind. To get them out of their head, they psychically project them into animated poppets, semi-independent servitors. If you like being a druid or ranger with a bunch of pets but wish you could be a weird subterranean albino too, this is the class for you. So many little guys!

I uploaded the Sun Dwarf class to the Moon Shadows project page for my #bx #dnd #ose #osr campaign setting. Of the 5 varieties of dwarf in the Moon Shadows setting, the sun dwarves are considered the most common and the most typical dwarf. They are stout and sturdy warriors with a keen eye for craftsmanship and a propensity for using protection runes.

Después de atender horas y horas de tertulias y entrevistas de radio respecto al #proyectoNeptuno, queda una curiosidad:
Por cuanto tiempo se supone que iba a funcionar dicha planta tomando el agua "en el medio" del #RioDeLaPlata?
Hace cuanto tiempo que viene trabajando la planta actual de #Casupá?

El proyecto Neptuno incluía instalaciones extra por el hecho de que la toma algunos días al año esta expuesto a agua salada según los informes y las mediciones efectuadas. Es de suponer de que estos eventos se deben a circunstancias meteorológicas tanto desde el mar como también por los caudales de los afluentes #RioParana y #RioUruguay.

Ahora, desde el punto de vista del estuario, el nivel del mar debe de ser la razón principal para estos eventos de salinidad me animo a decir. Se supone que el año pasado, al marcar 1.62 grados celsius por encima del promedio preindustrial, hemos pasado ya el objetivo trazado por "Los Acuerdos de París", redactado desde el 30 de noviembre al 12 de diciembre de 2015, para limitar el #calentamientoGlobal a 1.5 grados celsius. Un promedio, ciertamente, pero ya estamos ahí. Me supongo que, incluyendo los técnicos y los ilustres representantes del pueblo uruguayo, todos hemos visto las previsiones respecto a la suba del nivel de mar debido al deshielo, tanto de los glaciares, como del hielo de la Antártida y de Groenlandia.

¿Hubo alguna mención respecto a los cálculos debido al avance previsto del agua salada del Atlántico sobre las aguas de la desembocadura mas ancha del mundo, el Rio de la Plata, en los próximos 30 a 50 años, o sea para el año ~2060 hasta el año ~2080?
