Ein Nachtrag zu #StrumpfHoHoHosen.
Ich hatte die defekten StarFall reklamiert und mir wurde Erstattung oder Austausch gegen gleich teure Modelle angeboten.
Da ich wenig Vertrauen in die Folie hatte, habe ich mich für „The birds“ entschieden (danke @ElaWild).Leider scheint #Snag grade Probleme zu haben: Massive Verzögerungen beim Versand und es fallen jetzt Zollgebühren auf die Pakete an. Das wird nirgendwo kommuniziert und die Leute sind zu Recht sauer.

@AlphaCordi Alle meine Bestellungen in 2025 kamen hier Zollfrei an. Ich habe auch von niemandem gehoert der Zoll zahlen musste.
Heute kam eine Ersatzlieferung fuer zwei kaputte Strumpfhosen an, da musste ich 13,15EUR Zoll und DHL-Srafgebuehr zahlen.
Eine Info gab es vorher auch nicht.
Moeglicherweise hat sich zum Jahreswechsel eine Freigrenze geaendert?
Ich hab schon eine "angefressene" eMail geschrieben.Trotzdem sehr unprofessionell von #Snag das nicht zu kommunizieren...
