#Orbex has formally begun #insolvency proceedings. The Exploration Company is "disappointed that this potential transaction will not move forward". #Skyrora confirms it intends to explore the purchase of select #Orbex assets, including the Sutherland #Spaceport.

The #Exploration Company is building a reusable space capsule that will initially ferry cargo to the #ISS. #Orbex was founded in 2015 and is developing a small launch 🚀 vehicle called #Prime.
