@ouij I cringe when I hear the word #obedience, but I get what you are trying to say and agree with the sentiment. I would rephrase it, though. We need to be #civil and follow #rules and #laws that are just. We can't have a #society without. But #lawandorder has been twisted into a #politicalweapon, a #fightingword lacking all #honesty. The political factions using that phrase are the same that support folks claiming there is no such thing as a society. #Conservatism is #nihalism

#AllenWeisselberg …is negotiating a #deal w/ Manhattan prosecutors that requires him to plead #guilty to #perjury.
…#Weisselberg would have to admit that he lied on the #witness stand in #Trump’s #civil #fraud #trial.
Weisselberg, the fmr CFO at #TrumpOrganization, also would have to say that he lied under oath during in an interview with the #NYAG’s office, which brought the civil fraud case.

Another interesting detail:
While #NYAG questioned #Birney about the spreadsheets & notations, Birney testified that Allen #Weisselberg directed him to use a specific rate to boost the value of #TrumpTower.
NYAG: “Where did that conversation occur?
Birney: “In the restroom of Trump Tower.”
