Wenn jetzt bald jeder da oben sein eigenes Satellitennetzwerk aufbauen will, dann sage ich mal voraus, dass wir nicht auf ein abstürzendes Hypergateway warten müssen, bis das hier unten echt gefährlich wird.
Was das für die bodengestützte Beobachtbarkeit des Weltalls bedeutet, möchte ich mir gar nicht ausmalen.

I never thought that #ProjectKuiper or #OneWeb had a chance, but if Kuiper is even some what competitive and Eutelsat OneWeb figures out how to be competitive, then they could take a good chunk of business away from Starlink.
People and governments are losing confidence in Starlink, the EU's #IRIS2 project aims to deliver an EU sovereign satellite platform in the next ~6 years. Which is far away in tech world, but not long in infrastructure terms.
