Need some help on good sleep.
In short I have been haunted by bad dreams when I sleep since Sunday night. Every night I was woken up by real bad nightmares and I ended up eyes filling with tears or so scared that I hold the one sleeping next to me tight. This happened 1-4 times every night since Sunday. Yes, every single night.
My question is - is having multiple nightmares every night normal? Is it related to health? Is there anyway to reduce or even eliminate these bad dreams, such that I could get some sleep? Quick remedies such as supplements or medication is highly preferred.
There're enough frustration already in daily life, and I have been jobless for months with no luck finding a new one. I just want some good sleep at night. Thank you so much!

Doesn't matter what your sleep tracker stats shows if you feel great when you get up even after sleeping for like 5-6 hours, you're good to go. Also, getting up without an alarm, naturally, helps a lot ( as per my personal experience).
Too much data/ stats can be overwhelming for often than not. -
