I've been repetitively running through an exercise to model a character from the #defaultcube in #blender, and now I'm using #autorigpro and #realmotionpro to utilize its #mocap library. Here's today's animation of #melee #attacks. Full disclosure, I'm really enjoying the #halfsword demo on #steam so I modeled a sword for this set of animations. Lots of improvement needed for the face. I'm also not trying to be precious about texturing, yet. the goal is model to animation asap.

Thinking of making a Rubik's Cube with piece colours interpolating between the centre colours (which would be black, white, red, green, blue and yellow). Still working on getting the colours evenly spaced though.

Again trying myself on the #20minuteschallenge where I try to completely make something including #modeling #unwraping and #texturing. So basically from the #defaultcube to the final #render all in 20 minutes.

This time I created a tree. Try to keep as less polygons as possible. This time around 1300 Tris.

I'm still learning materials and hair parricles and I'm thankful for folks like Southern Shotty who make really easily understandable tutorials.

Fun fact, the bottom cube is what I have set up as my #DefaultCube in #Blender; sans the plaid of course.
