I'm in a reading slump.
I think forcing myself into horror novels wasn't such a great idea. Frankenstein was good, but I didn't like The Woman in Black, by Susan Hill. Kinda silly book, paper thin characters, lack of realistic motivations.
Overall I just think I'm not interested in genre fiction right now, and forcing it made me lose my momentum.Bleak House is still staring at me from the side table...
