Mizuna was very strong for a while, but most plants lost their vigour, and one decided to flower and is now producing thin pods. It's also late in the season, and cold in the open balcony, so there is that.
Meanwhile with all that tomato flowering, I finally see a fruit! No idea if it manages to ripen, but I get new subjects for my #macro lens (Canon 100mm/2.8 Macro, non-USM version).

Road tubeless has come on nicely since I started about 10 years ago. These bad boys with hookless rims were a dream to set up. Pushed the tyres on *easily* by hand -- no levers required -- and just some brief vigour with the track pump and done! Must have taken about 60 seconds per wheel! It’s also 💜-ing #melbourne at the moment!!
It’s everywhere and blooming with vigour.
This one is a wild-child… growing in a carpark and very happy indeed. It has spread to around 1.7 metres tall and about 5 metres wide.
Most of its blooms are full, the petals are shaped and defined with a single indentation along the length of each petal, from the ovary (centre), extending out the to the rounded petal edge.
The violet colour is consistent and gorgeous.
