Im Januar 2025 war ich für @RDL dabei beim Prozess und hatte mich eigentlich auf eine Verurteilung von Clifford O. eingestellt. Um so schöner mal einen Freispruch mitzuerleben.
Dass die Staatsanwaltschaft die Ermittlungen gegen die Polizeibeamt:innen einstellte, das geschah dann erwartungsgemäß: angeblich könne man ihnen nicht nachweisen vorsätzlich gelogen zu haben.
Eine sehr bemerkenswert einseitige Perspektive.
Nach dem damaligen Freispruch konnte ich kurz kit Clifford sprechen.
